Do my products come flat packed or assembled?
A small amount of basic assembly is required with some of the items, particularly wardrobes and beds. Assembly kits with all the necessary tools and clear instructions are provided with the product. In some cases it is possible to arrange for the products to be assembled for you upon delivery. Please feel free to enquire about this service.
What if an item arrives damaged?
Our supplier has a return rate of just 0.0283% and so the chances of damage are small. However in the unlikely event that this does occur please contact us with full details (please note that you may be required to send us a photograph of the damaged item). We will assess the damage and, if applicable, shall procure that the product is exchanged as soon as possible.
There is a mistake with my order / receipt, how do I rectify this?
Receipts should be checked at the time of purchase, however if there is a mistake or the order needs changing simply call 0844 248 0018 or email sales@farrowfurniture.com where we will be happy to help.

How protective is your packing compared to other companies?
Our supplier prides itself on its packaging, which consists of 5 stages: 1st they secure every drawer and protect every handle.
2nd they wrap the furniture in a dust proof sheet.
3rd they cover every surface in polystyrene.
4th they cover each corner with corner protectors.
5th they cover the product in a 8mm 3 ply cardboard box to ensure that your furniture arrives to you in perfect condition.
All our products are drop and shake tested to make sure the packaging is more than sufficient.
Are all your products made from 100% timber?
Yes all our products are made from 100% timber there is no chip board or veneer.
